My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t linear. I started out in Engineering, even earning my master’s degree from the top public university in India and working in the corporate world for some time. But after a few years, I realized my soul craved a deeper, more genuine human connection. That was when ancient yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices happened to me. Over the last ten years, I have paired that logical, analytical way of thinking with over 1,500 hours of training in these somatic traditions.

As a first-generation Indian immigrant navigating different worlds, I know firsthand how exhausting it is to constantly perform strength. I understand the heavy weight of trying to keep everyone happy, meeting deep cultural expectations, and holding everything together on the outside while feeling completely drained on the inside. In my practice, I work closely with people who are stuck in chronic survival mode and feel like they’ve lost themselves along the way.

If you are dealing with chronic anxiety or the relentless, exhausting loops of OCD, you already know how heavy it feels to constantly fight your own thoughts just to get through the day. In our time together, we will work on the deeper layers driving the obsessiveness and compulsions, looking for a lasting shift rather than just a surface-level fix.

I also offer deeply specialized support if you are trying to heal from past or present emotional abuse, relational trauma, and coercive control. If you are exhausted from walking on eggshells, swallowing your own boundaries to keep the peace, and second-guessing your own reality because of gaslighting, I provide a warm, quiet space where you can finally take off the armour and explore that heavy question: who am I, and what do I actually want?

In our sessions, we won’t just sit and analyze your thoughts or spend hours only talking about the past. Relational trauma, anxiety, and OCD don’t just live in your mind – they lock themselves directly into your body, keeping your nervous system on high alert. We will work directly with your nervous system to build back your self-trust.

Using gentle, body-centred approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems, ACT, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, we will safely process the weight of Complex PTSD, OCD loops, and deep family wounds. Healing with me is completely collaborative, deeply respectful of your unique story, and paced entirely at your comfort level. There is no pressure to do therapy perfectly here.

Our goal is simply to help your body step out of constant survival mode, let go of the tension it’s been carrying for years, and find its way back to a life of real ease, clear boundaries, and quiet rest. This rest isn’t just about a lack of movement or getting hours of sleep – it is a deep, internal sigh of relief where your body finally feels safe enough to completely let go of the weight it has been carrying for years.
