I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor, registered with Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I work with individual adults who are navigating anxiety, chronic pain, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My practice tends to resonate with people who experience the world deeply—those with rich inner lives, complex personal histories, and a wish to understand themselves more fully. I often work with trauma survivors, neurodivergent adults, older adults facing periods of change, as well as artists, writers, and reflective thinkers who connect with metaphor and nuance.
Alongside individual therapy, I also work with couples. This includes couples navigating infidelity, fertility challenges, or exploring relationship structures such as open relationships and consensual non-monogamy.
In my practice, I am often drawn to clients whose experiences do not fit easily into simple categories—people carrying untold or difficult stories, navigating trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD), spiritual or moral injury, or artistic and existential questions. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from narrative and existential therapies alongside CBT, DBT, EFT, the Gottman Method, as well as EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based practices.
My path to counselling began in academia. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a high school teacher and literary scholar. I hold a PhD in Literature from ELTE University in Hungary and an MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. My background in literature continues to shape my therapeutic work: I often draw on stories, poetry, and creative reflection, and have facilitated poetry circles, creative writing groups, and bibliotherapy-informed sessions.
I offer in-person sessions in the afternoons and evenings to accommodate different schedules.
Outside the therapy room, you can often find me with a book in hand, exploring the hiking trails around Vancouver, or practicing Vipassana meditation.
I provide therapy in English, Hungarian, and Russian.

Language: English, Hungarian, and Russian.
