I view therapy as a collaborative, compassionate container where all parts of you are welcome. Past experiences can often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, stuck in overwhelming emotional patterns, or carrying heavy burdens. Your current struggles make complete sense given your unique intersection of nature and nurture. Together, we can gently understand the “why” behind what is happening, help you heal old traumas and patterns, and free you to live with more ease.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) supporting adults from a client-centred, anti-oppressive, and systemic framework. I bring a curious, compassionate, and relational style to every session and strive to foster an inclusive space.

I commonly support clients navigating:

● Trauma (PTSD, C-PTSD & Developmental)
● Anxiety, Depression & Low Self-Esteem
● High Sensitivity, Burnout, Chronic Fatigue & Boundary Setting
● Attachment Patterns & Relational Dynamics
● 2SLGBTQIA+, Neurodiversity & Disability Experiences
● Spiritual & Existential Issues
● Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration

My therapeutic approach centers on experiential and somatically based practices, including:
● Internal Family Systems (IFS)
● Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
● Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration
● Integrative Neurobiology (Metabolic & Nervous System Health)

Outside of the therapy room, I am grounded by my sweet dog Pebbles, constant learning and reading, and my spiritual practice.

I offer in-person sessions on Sundays at our downtown location, as well as virtual sessions throughout the week. I invite you to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can connect and see if we feel like a good fit.
