I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling, and I work with youth and adults navigating life’s challenges — from anxiety and depression to grief and loss, shame, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and the feeling of being “stuck” in patterns that no longer serve you.

My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. I believe our bodies hold important stories about our history, our resilience, and our needs — stories that can guide us toward change when we learn to listen. In our sessions, I often integrate somatic therapy and parts work, helping you connect with the different aspects of yourself — including the ones that feel conflicted, protective, or hidden — and use that awareness as a compass for greater connection, clarity, and capacity.

I draw from somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems, narrative, attachment-based, and mindfulness-informed practices, always through an anti-oppressive lens. I’m especially interested in how the stories we carry — in both mind and body — shape our sense of self and possibility, and how we can make space for new ways of being. Whether you’re hoping to better understand yourself, navigate a life transition, or work through difficult experiences, I’m here as a steady companion — someone to help you pause at the crossroads, listen for what matters most, and take the next steps in a way that feels true to you.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me walking with my dog, visiting the Gulf Islands, writing short fiction, thrifting for hidden treasures, or sharing good food and laughter with the people I love.

If you’re curious about whether we might be a good fit, consider a free consultation as a gentle first step – like dipping a toe in the water before you wade in. It’s a low-pressure way to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for my approach before you decide if it’s the right next step for you.
